Sidra (she/her) and Ben (he/him) have been together for 19 years and this is their sixth time on {THE AND}. They consider these videos to be their personal time capsule because they can go back and appreciate how much things have changed over the years (9 and a half to be precise). They are now co-founders of a company and it has changed the way they see each other and the depth of their relationship and its dynamics. They talk about their accomplishments, their growth as a couple, as parents, co-workers and the challenges they’ve faced and ultimately overcome together, as a team.
