PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’ll gladly take exchanges if the card game(s) are sent back to us within 30 days of the initial purchase and remain in their original condition + plastic wrapping. Please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for all delivery costs. All refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for refunds.

If your order was damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us so we can help you.

If there was an issue with the shipping information you provided, or the delivery service was unable to deliver your package it will be sent back to our fulfillment center. Once the package is returned, you’ll have the option to pay for postage to have it shipped back to you or we can arrange a refund. If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, we’ll go ahead and process the refund automatically 😉


ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

Delivery will be fulfilled to the address + recipient provided upon checkout. Our orders are processed immediately and automatically by our fulfillment center, so we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address, merchandise, or contact information once you've placed an order. Please make sure you’ve entered your correct contact and shipping information, as well as the right card games you wish to purchase, before you finalize and place your order. If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect shipping information, we will be unable to refund any of the original shipping costs. Please keep in mind orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

Orders are dispatched the following day if the order is placed before 12PM Monday-Friday, and the following (business) day if placed after 12PM EST. Our fulfillment center chooses the best available delivery option once your order is placed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for loss or damage caused by carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) after your package has left our fulfillment center. We will do our best to keep you up to date if there are any issues reported with your shipment.


CANCELLATIONS


We completely understand you may change your mind about your order! In most cases, because orders are processed every 30 minutes automatically by our fulfillment center, we won’t be able to stop them from shipping. If you let us know at contact@theskindeep.com within 24hrs of placing your order that you’d like to cancel it we'll do our best to stop it from processing, and if we aren’t able to, we’ll move forward with your order as a return - no worries.
